Don’t worry, we’re still operating business as usual! However, due to COVID-19 delays with Australia Post, we can’t guarantee our usual delivery times.

Our Customers are important to us here at Face Off and we endeavor to provide the best customer service and delivery as possible. Please ensure you have read our policies on Sizing, Shipping & Returns before you place your order to avoid any delays.

We know how eager you are to wear your new clothes, so we have teamed up with Australia Post and Star Track to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible!

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are shipped that day upon clearance of payment unless contacted otherwise. All weekend orders are processed first thing Monday morning, and will be dispatched that day upon clearance of payment.

Expected Delivery Time Within Australia
Once your item has been marked ‘Completed’ it has been dispatched and should be with you very soon!

Regular Shipping: 3-5 Working Days

Express Shipping: 1-2 Working Days

International Orders
All international orders are shipped using Airmail. Please allow 7 to 12 working days for delivery.

Shipping Cost
All of our products are delivered by Australia Post and Star Track to ensure that your product arrives on time. If you are not home, they will take it to the nearest post office where you will have to wait to pick it up. To avoid this, please ensure you are present at the delivery address at the expected delivery time.

All shipping costs will be quoted before you checkout.

Regular Shipping: $12.00

Express Shipping: $15.00

All products can be returned to us in original condition (unused, undamaged and in their original packaging) within 14 days from order receipt date.

Change of Mind Policy

Doesn’t look as good as it did on screen? We will happily organise a store credit within 14 days of order receipt date, however we are unable to issue refunds unless the product is faulty. Return delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Size Exchange

If you have any sizing issues, we offer a replacement sent to you at no extra delivery charge, however you will have to pay for the item to be returned to us. Note: Size exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the order date. This will only be the case with the first return. If you need to make two separate returns on the same item, the second return will be credited. You may then purchase the item again, in the desired size.

Faulty Garments

If you receive a faulty item, please return it to us and we will issue you a replacement at no extra cost. Any cost incurred in returning the faulty item to us will be refunded to you.

Please note that we will not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered. You will also need to have original tag/s still attached to the garment for returns. We recommend you returning your items in a secure padded packaging with your full name, address, and original receipt. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery. Your item/s will be refunded as soon as the products are received.

International Returns

For all international returns, please send the item back to us and we will issue you a credit.
